A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation of a lesson. If insufficient notice is given, the lesson fee will be charged in full.
If the driving school needs to reschedule or rearrange a lesson, reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
Lesson fees must be paid at the time of booking or on the lesson day, either in cash, via bank transfer, or by debit/credit card using PayPal or a similar payment method.

The DVSA requires three full working days’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of driving tests. Failing to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of your test fee. While the instructor is not liable for test cancellations or postponements by the DVSA, they will assist in arranging a new test and guide you through claiming any applicable reimbursements.
For the safety of all road users, the instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson if the student is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, the full lesson fee will be charged.
If the instructor deems the student’s driving unsafe or potentially dangerous, they reserve the right to withhold the use of their vehicle for the driving test.
Should lesson pricing change, the school will provide at least 28 days’ notice to students.
To ensure the instructor’s availability, students are required to schedule driving tests with the instructor’s approval. Failure to do so may result in the instructor being unavailable during the test. Assistance with test booking is available upon request.
In the event of a mechanical issue or vehicle unavailability, the school will provide a substitute vehicle if possible. If a substitute vehicle cannot be provided, lessons may be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.
If a student discontinues lessons that were pre-booked at a discounted rate, completed lessons will be recalculated at the standard rate, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Students are advised to wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear that allows for free movement while driving. It is also their responsibility to inform the instructor of any medications or conditions that could impact their ability to drive safely.
